mommytimeout Hi there, I wanted to reach out to you and apologize that you haven’t received your package. I have no idea why nor why it hasn’t tracked. This was sent out last week and it was sent from Florida so there is no reason for this. I have opened a trace request with USPS today. In the mean time if you receive it please let me know. mommytimeout @rachel_45 hello.... you are never going to believe this but I was just notified that the sweater is in Texas post office!!! It doesn’t show anything but when I created the label and now it’s showing Texas only!! Nothing else like where it’s been for weeks now!!! I am very sorry for all of this!!! Would you please refuse it and return to sender. Please look up the tracking number and you can verify what I am saying.

dlhauck Just wanted to apologize for the knot in the KS necklace you purchased from my closet. It must have happened during shipping.
