stelmurdock hi! I’m currently trying to figure out why your item has not yet begun tracking as I sent it out on Saturday. I filed a complaint today so hopefully you will see that it’s sent shortly. Not sure why it’s still saying pending shipment scan but it happens more often than you’d think, definitely annoying though so bare with me !

rach63089 @stelmurdock no worries I noticed that with a few other purchases also. the tracking isnt being updated, and if it does get an update it goes backward the next day, as if it's being left somewhere instead of being sent. it's really odd. I know they are running behind but it's crazy to have no updates for days

stelmurdock @rach63089 It seems they updated it a few hours after I sent the complaint! My full time job is working in a shipping facility and orders are up 140% this week and aren’t expected to go down anytime soon. With all ordering going online + people being stuck at home everything seems a little bogged down! Glad everything was sorted out :)
