love_my_cat @qt555 have you heard from the other buyer when they will ship? I tried to get a refund because this happened but Poshmark will not allow it because they initiated a swap. Can you help me at all? This is so inconvenient and you didn’t even offer anything to make up for your mistake. I’ll have no choice but to leave a bad review if I ever actually get my order.

love_my_cat @qt555 I’m sorry, I thought that I made it clear with my last reply, but I just meant being in contact with the other buyer, which wasn’t clear to me from your initial email, or trying to help with the situation in some other way, like contacting Poshmark and trying to understand all the rules, like when a refund can now be issued.

qt555 @love_my_cat My understanding of poshmark policy is that, as you have sent out the other garment and filed the claim within 5 days, you are eligible for a refund. No funds have been released on my end and I do not have an option to cancel the order. In my last contact with the other buyer, they said they did not have your address. It is my understanding that Poshmark will send them a prepaid label to use. If not, do you authorize giving her your address? I will let you know any updates. Thanks

love_my_cat @qt555 hi yes the other buyer should have gotten a label sent to the email associated with their account (poshmark told me that the had already reached out to them about sending my order). Maybe it got sent to spam or something - could you please have them check again? Otherwise I guess you can give them my address, but then they would have to pay for shipping if they don’t have the prepaid label. Can they see their tracking info since I’ve mailed their package?

qt555 I have contacted Poshmark and the other buyer, both with no reply. The status of you item has not changed on my end (showed you shipped the dress) that is what I know now. Again, thank you for your patience and kindness. Please know that I want to make sure you get what you want in the end and will help facilitate that success.

love_my_cat @qt555 thank you for the update. Today I did get a reply from Poshmark with a tracking number and was told to contact them again if a week from being sent the shipping label goes by and still my order isn’t shipped. Hopefully I can get refunded if the other buyer never ships.

jgauthier528 Good morning! I just wanted to reach out to you...on my end it is showing that have yet to receive the bundle you purchased from me on 2/14/21. Is this accurate? I’ve checked the tracking number several times and there shows to be no updates. I apologize if this is the case. I did ship out the package on 2/16/21. I will be going to the post office today and plan to inquire with them where the package currently is located.
