micsmlf @rachelconley87 good morning. I see you recently rec’d the boy’s pajama set u had purchased from my closet. Could you please clarify for me why you gave me a 4-star rating stated I could improve on the cleanliness, shipping & packaging as the set was practically new, I shipped the same day the order was placed, I wrap each purchase anyone makes from my closet in tissue paper along with a personalized thank you note. So I was a little taken back w/your rating & comments unless I misunderstood.

gksox @micsmlf same thing happened to me. I sold @rachelconley87 Michael Kors sandals for only $10! I received a 4 star rating and had the exact same comments, could improve on cleanliness and packaging.

gksox @micsmlf in my listing I stated they were in good used condition and I posted pics of all the wear on the sandals. I wrapped each sandal in tissue paper and put them in a plastic shoebox for protection, along with a personalized thank you note. I placed that in a priority shipping shoe box from the post office and mailed them out the very next morning

rachelconley87 I am so sorry I’m kind a new to these apps and how they do the rating I was actually trying to say the opposite that those are the categories I was impressed about so I have corrected the ratings to five star and again I apologize.
