kelarela I hope this message reaches you!! I wanted to apologize for the length of time it’s taking you to get your dress.By mistake your package was addressed to the wrong person .Once I realized ,I duplicated a label & placed it on your box 😬I asked the UPS store to hold my package. I was unaware that you did not have a closet on posh so wasn’t sure how to contact you.I am a flight attendance & couldn’t take care of this problem until I returned from work .

kelarela I am just picked up your package&switched out the labels &have taken your package to the post office.Again ,I am so sorry for the inconvenience & the length of time for you to get your dress.This is not a normal occurrence with posh or myself.I pride myself on great customer service .
