Hi Radika. I am not sure if you received my last message. I don't think poshmark has a way for me to contact you directly through your email. The order shipped out before I saw that you wanted to cancel. I contacted poshmark by email (they do not have phone support) so they just got back to me. The response was that the sale is considered final and cancellations by the buyer are not allowed. They said to direct an email directly to them if you have any questions. Regards-Rosanne

Hi Radika. I am very upset by the rating you gave me. I just started selling on PM, but have sold on etsy and ebay for many years. I have never received anything less than a stellar rating. I feel that you did not understand the offer system, and therefore you made a purchase you did not intend. Since I shipped it out quickly to you, I could not cancel it once the item was in transit. Buyers remorse is not a reason to give me a 1 star rating. Regards-Rosanne
