Hi! Can you cancel my order? The earrings aren’t authentic as described. The same pair on The Real Real which are authenticated has significant differences. For ex, there should be 4 posts to reinforce where the Cs connect to the rectangular part. I knew the cost was too good to be true, but I trusted it since you said so and the previous msgs explain it’s cheap bc its Covid, you lost your job, and you have rent.
