jordansoliz @bagsofun Sorry that was an mistake on my part. I thought that the shoes could have been cleaned up a little better. There appeared to be pet hair and other known fuzz balls in and outside of the shoe. But my mother likes them over all, so I just need to clean them up and wash them better before she can wear them. That's the only reason for the 4 out of 5 star rating. There was no problem with the packaging, that was an unintended error on my part.
