Rebecca, I'm so, so sorry for taking so dog gone long, just caught me @a bad time. The waist is between 10 &11", so I'll just say 10 &'1/2", my eyes aren't what they used to be. Don't remember if you asked about the length or not, but it is at least 50". Of course, the material is still silk (only). I deeply apologize! Thank you for your patience!!!

Hi Rebecca, I'll have to take some measurements for you on this and I'm sorry about the counter , but I lowered the price of this significantly and was going to put it back, but you were interested, so I didn't want to jack it up on you. Someone's done that to me before & it's just too rude for me to do to someone else.

Hi Rebecca, I am so sorry that trying to get those measurements has been as difficult as it has. I haven't been able to.locate the dress still, so I'll try one more time and if I can't find it, I'm going to have to give up.

Hi Rebecca, sorry for the very long wait, been a little under the weather & it always seems to take a toll on everything I try to do. FINALLY found the dress, it is 32" long, bust is 17.5" & waist is 16 laying flat. I apologize for my competence.
