Thanks everyone for following me and all. I'm still so new to this. I so love looking around, liking different things and trying to find something to fit and make me look beautiful. @_always_em No worries hon....we all have lives....I have 4 jobs so I get it. For all I know it could have been something I did but frankly if they took the money and I got an e-mail about the purchase then it must be a glitch from Posh. It happens and I'm not worried about it. I'll get the order eventually...there's no rush. It's just weird that I get an e-mail, the money is taken out but it's not even showing up in my purchases area. Don't stress yourself luv we'll get it sorted out.

I am SO sorry for this inconvenience but I just got an email from Posh saying they 'did not see an order in my account placed by the buyer' they ask that you reach out if you like I can post the email they sent me along with the 'news' that you did purchase. I am so sorry this is happening :(

It's ok honey really. I sent them a message showing them my bank statement that had the withdrawl there, as well as the picture of the e-mail I received from them that had a photo of the skirt and everything. Either it was a glytch or it was something I did but frankly I bought stuff before and after that one so I don't know what I would have done differently. But my bank shows the money withdrawn from my account and gave them the information they requested so it shouldn't be long now.

We have processed a full refund for the $32.49 charge and you should see the funds credited back to the original payment method within the next few business days depending on your bank’s processing time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and apologize for any confusion caused.

So basically I paid for the item and all they had to do was send you a shipping label....instead they are cancelling my order and I have to figure out how to order the thing again before someone else nabs it up.....jesus! @loungeinluxe I did add one item hon....can't add to my collection until after the holidays. Still so much to do before the holidays and can't even really begin until after the 19th. I'll take another look when I get back. Freezing my tail off but having a great time. I wait all year for this so it's worth it to me....and puts meat in the freezer which is always a plus when you're feeding growing twin boys...lol

No...I had it sent to my work too instead of my apartment because they get deliveries on Sat and sun too....there's been nothing. I hope you hear something on it but it never even said it left Rockford IL just showed the label was created and that's it.
