Hi, thank you for purchasing the Kukui oil from my closet a few days ago. I just shipped the oil today at the post office and realized when I returned home that I accidentally shipped you a bottle of unscented Kukui oil rather than the lavender variety. I am so sorry for my mistake! It is the same brand and bottle size, but again I think I mistakenly sent you unscented vs lavender.

I can open a case on Poshmark to let them know I sent you the wrong item. I believe they then will send you a free return label and send me a new label to send the correct item. I am happy to do this, but thought I’d check with you first to see if you might prefer the unscented? If so, I won’t do anything, but if you prefer the lavender, please let me know so I can correct things for you. Again, my sincere apologies for my mistake! Thank you, Rose Marie

Hi, I hope you are well! The item I sent to you mistakenly is now classified as "pending acceptance." If you are still interested in sending it back for replacement, please file a "item not as described" case with Poshmark on your end. Hi, it looks like the return request for the unscented Kukui oil has been approved by Poshmark! They should email you a prepaid return label. Please send the incorrect item back to me using this label. Once this is done, I think they might send me a new shipping label to send you the
Lavender.

I haven’t had this issue before, so I’m not 100% sure they’ll send me a new label, but if they don’t, I can re-list the lavender on Poshmark and let you buy it for the same price as before. Thanks again for your patience and my apologies for the trouble!

Hi, I hope you are well! I checked with Poshmark and they said they won’t be sending me a new label to send you the Lavender Kukui oil. They just processed your initial purchase as a straight return, so you will get a full refund for it. To get you the Lavender oil, Poshmark said I should create a brand new listing and ask you to buy it again, so I just relisted the lavender Kukui oil in my closet.
