stacylee64 Hi. It’s Stacy and you purchased the Frye boots from me. I took them out of the closet and there is a small indentation on the front of the boot. Not very noticeable but it want to make sure it’s okay with you. I’m adding the photo to the listing of the boot. Please respond before I ship them. Thank you

stacylee64 I canceled the order to post these new photos. Please repurchase the boots if you are still interested. When I took these out of the closet, I noticed the slight imperfections and wanted you to be aware of them and canceling the order was the only way to do it. Thank you

moorequality @stacylee64 Hi Stacy. I need some assistance. I see on my bank statement that I paid twice for the boots. When I re-purchased them after the cancellation, I was not aware that the original amount was deducted. This is my first time purchasing an item through Poshmark. I contacted customer service via email and I am waiting for their response. In the meantime, are you familiar with the cancellation of payment process or refund policy? Thank you in advance for any information you provide.

stacylee64 @moorequality Hi. I would think you should probably see a credit from Poshmark with 24 to 48 hours. I’ve never had that happen but they will respond to your email pretty quickly. It shows in my sales that the first order was canceled by me and repurchased. I would wait to hear back from them but I wouldn’t worry as you will get refunded by Poshmark. The seller never gets paid for anything until the buyer receives the order. So the first sale has already been taken out of my pending sales.

stacylee64 @moorequality You too. Have a good afternoon. Your email response might say they are looking into it and will get back to you within 24 hours. I’ve emailed them for other issues and that’s the initial response but you will then get another response. Poshmark wouldn’t let any item be purchased twice unless the initial order is canceled.
