danielle_2007 Hi I couldn’t add a comment to the case because it is stating it is resolved. Did they credit you $11? I can’t see anything in the case because it says resolved. The note you put before the case said accepted was you wanting a $11 credit and keeping the dress.. so I’m not exactly sure how the case was resolved.

shesapostolic Hi! They offered $5 and when i declined it, they automatically resolved the case. So i started another case. I love the other 2 dresses so i hate to send the whole order back. Ill wait and see what they say

shesapostolic I really don't want to keep to the dress because its the wrong size but they offered $5 and keep the dress.... I wanted to send the dress back only and get a refund for it, but wasn't given that option so i started another case
