mallyfoers Hi Remy! I was just folding my kids clothes and saw I have a mismatched size on a set of my pajamas. I sold you a bundle of HA jams, check the bottoms on the Star Wars Christmas ones… I have a 130 top and a 120 bottom so I’m thinking I accidentally sent you the 130 bottoms!

remylupin @mallyfoers I did. The instructions they gave me to proceed with the claim don’t work though because I already accepted the order and the system shows it as “complete”. Would it be ok if I messaged customer service to help me keep it going, using our case number?
