denisesvariety Hello. I am very confused by the rating and saying my item description needs to improve. I am sorry the item did not meet your expectations, but it was described as handcrafted. Handcrafted jewelry will not look the same as jewelry you get from a department store. Most people say the jewelry looks even better in person. Can you please be more specific about how I need to improve? I appreciate an feedback that helps me to be the best seller as possible.
