@robynmac I’m so sorry that happened to your ring! I’ve never had that happen with those before. I hate unhappy customers & I can do several things: I can issue a full refund, send u another ring or U can pick something that interests u in my closet up to $15 in value & I will mail it free. I’m VERY sorry about this & surprised. I’ve seen it happen with the cheaper ones if u move them a lot, but I wear this myself! I have bracelets with the semicolon also. Please let me know how to fix this.
