anbarnhart13 I pride myself on a five star rating and though it was a four star I just wanted to get more info on issues you had if any. The things you mentioned were seller response, shipping time,packaging. I did not get any questions from you regarding the top so I could not respond to anything that was not sent. From purchase to acceptance it was 4 days.I packaged it in a protective bag and a personalized mailer.please understand that I really need to know what you felt went wrong so that I can fix it.
