rhiannda Hello, this is Rhiannda I accidentally mislabeled two boxes that I shipped out and your merchandise went to another Posher, and she received yours. I have contacted Posh to try to correct, Please open a return case. I have already contacted them that I accidentally mislabeled two packages. Your shipment is being sent back as we speak, and If you still want it I will be happy to get the right order to you. My deepest apologies if this is an inconvenience for you.

rmiller245 No worries! I assumed that's what happened! Because Poshmark automatically accepted the order for me I was unable to say I received the wrong item. I did open a case so hopefully it can be cleared up! I'm sorry, I haven't had to go through this process yet so I am learning! And yes, I would still like the other bras. Any chance the bra that got shipped to me is available? I love it haha!!! I imagine the person that ordered it would still like it but if that is not the case let me know!

rhiannda @rmiller245 I have not received anything in the mail, and no tracking notifications from Posh. I have been looking, I have your original items and would like to get them to you. Maybe try tracking where the package is via post office? Also, did Posh refund you? I never received an update from them when I contacted them which is unusual.

rhiannda @rmiller245 No, girlie I did not receive it, and I wasn’t informed on the Poshmark tracking on the app. Either. Would you mind reaching out to them on your end? I can also do the same. If you could possibly give me the tracking info, I can submit it to them as well and we can get this straightened out properly.

rhiannda @rmiller245 Hey girlie I just reached out to posh customer service. I asked them to help with the tracking, to find out what happened. And asked them how to get you the merchandise you originally ordered and paid for. -I will let you know when I get a response on how to proceed. Have a great weekend!
