I have purchased items from other sellers, for example jeans, and the jeans didn't fit me. I still provided five stars and a great review to that seller. It's not their fault that the jeans that don't fit or in your case the shoes hurt your feet. I wish you would reconsider your rating as it could directly affect my Posh Ambassador status. I rely on Poshmark to make extra income to support my family and pay for my daughter's preschool. Thank you for your understanding
