thechainguy @rosemarielawley I just checked, you would have to email Poshmark support to get a return processed. Unfortunately that is not something I can process on my own. Sorry again for the confusion. Again, I would do whatever I can to help out and especially to get the one star rating changed.

thechainguy Hi there. I just received another poor rating from you. I wish you would have a change of heart considering none of this was my fault, you never actually contacted me, you commented on your own profile, and I’m reaping the disadvantage of your own mistake. If you let your grandson play with $50 in the driveway and he loses it, that is not my fault. You let him play on a cell phone with credit card information. Take accountability for YOUR actions please.

thechainguy @rosemarielawley again. I do not have a shipping label because either you didn’t process a return or an order wasn’t placed. I’m complying by agreeing to send you two bracelets of a higher cost. But that doesn’t mean I pay shipping on the return. Im already losing money just trying to help fix the mistake. And I’d be losing even more by paying for a shipping label as well. As a store owner that just simply isn’t how business works if you have ever ordered anything online anywhere else.

If you are ever interested in any of my ladies bracelets or necklaces, I will throw in a free pair of my 925 silver square diamond CZ earrings for all of the trouble.
