spiritsocean Hello Rosemary, It's Melissa, you purchased the belt from me. I am SO sorry that the clasp doesn't stay shut. I didn't know that when I mailed it. It IS an easy fix though, so you can wear it. The clasp is just like a necklace clasp. If you take a necklace clasp and put it on the belt clasp it will work. Do you know how to do that? Sorry it's extra work. But I want you to be able to wear it and that is how. I am sorry, let me know if I can help walk u thru it. So Sorry, but an easy fix :(
