true_u I, as a reseller, cannot be held accountable for the quality of a brand & how they make their items. I am not the brand & do not make the items. My role as a seller, is to list the item, the brand & the condition the item is in (which in this case they were brand new shoes), & any other details to describe the item, color, size, etc. As these shoes were brand new, I hadn’t ever worn them, so there would be no way I could have told you that they would be uncomfortable to wear or make sounds.

true_u As a buyer, you do unfortunately run a risk of buying a brand or item that is of poor quality. But the rating system on poshmark is about the seller, and if they listed, sold, and shipped you the correct item… in good packaging, and in a quick manner. Which I felt I did all of that. I ship many items out daily, and put a lot of effort into it. I have 5 star ratings on almost all of them, because they are rated correctly.
