@ninaneel The 2nd one free is not necessarily a brunette. And where are you going to buy an Authentic Wunderbrow for that price!!!! Common! If you're not satisfied, send it back without damaging any of them. Thanks.

I did not mean to open a case. I am new to Poshmark. I will try to close it. I only want the brunette as promised. I have already started using the brunette so I don't plan to return it. The auburn is still intact. Please send brunette.

@ninaneel How can you use it while the case is opened???? I'm not sending any Brunette. And l didn't make any promise to you. My customers who received the 2nd one free didn't complain about the shade. I just don't get you. You know what, let just wait on Poshmark's decision.

I do not understand what you are talking about. I have opened the box that contained two boxes, one brunette and one auburn. I have opened the brunette and started using today. The auburn is unused and no seal broken. I do not understand why you are being rude as I would like to have a happy outcome. I would be very happy as your other customers to receive what was expected 2 brunettes. Please assist.

@ninaneel l get your point and l'm not rude. This is a logic, when you file a claim, you don't use the article no matter what it is. The fact that you have already opened without contacting me first, l don't know what to tell you if not let's wait for Poshmark's decision.

It us definitely rude to speak to a customer this way. However as I mentioned I didn't know the process as I am brand new to Postmark and have only purchased one other time. To fix the problem you should provide the product as described the same color which is what was ordered. I would gladly return the auburn. As I also mentioned I have requested they close the case at this point.
