ps_collective @ruth_mastro okay Ruth no problem I'm so happy even if it was me I would definitely fix the problem but here's what you can do on your end, so under your settings under your Poshmark settings it's the right top tab in your Poshmark page go under orders and click on the order that this is about

ps_collective @ruth_mastro sorry wrong info under your postmark settings go down to "my purchases" (click on that) then look for your order click on it, then all the way down on the bottom of your order details there is a button that says problems, click on that and then click the necessary thing for this would be order is delayed, click on that and follow instructions from there, if you have any more questions please feel free to ask I'm here most of the night.

ruth_mastro @prime_style I cannot pull up detail page I let Poshmart know I told them they sent email stating it wasn’t yet shipped even though it states delivered However they did mot update the page So I have no way to see update or even check on my item I’ve sent 4 emails Can you help me thx Ruth I saw u were my ambassador First time user I’m so frustrated

ps_collective @ruth_mastro I get it, there's nothing I can do for my end being a passion basseter I would just tell you to get in touch with marshmark email them they will email you back unfortunately there's no customer service number to call you just have to email them. I'm so sorry for your frustration did you get ahold of the seller?

ps_collective @ruth_mastro maybe try uninstalling Poshmark app and reinstalling it again because it should be able to work where you can see your order details

ps_collective @ruth_mastro also it's only been a day since you contacted Poshmark and usually you got to give him one to three business days they usually get back to you within 24 business hours but definitely give him a little bit of time they always answer back always always they are awesome but definitely Google that and you'll get the phone number you can call that, I haven't ever tried to call that number. but it's a Poshmark number
