bossbaby333 Hi! I’ve contacted Poshmark customer service about the delay in shipment for the parka. I’m afraid USPS may have lost the package. Tracking has been saying it’s in transit to next facility since 2/7 when I shipped it on 2/3.

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham I’ve only had this happen to me once before and Poshmark looked into it. If they determine its lost you’ll get your money back and I’ll get my earnings. If it just shows up to you after that you’ll get to keep it. Soon as I hear from Poshmark I’ll let you know.

Looks like we need to wait a few more days. “We can easily assist you with next steps if there are no tracking updates soon. Simply respond directly to this email on Feb 17 and a member of the Poshmark team will take over and help to provide a solution.”

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham I replied to the Poshmark team today like they instructed indicating there has been no update from USPS. Because of the holiday I think they’re closed, but once they get my response they should be issuing you a refund and me the monies. They will fight with USPS for their money back.

bossbaby333 Our transactions are supposed to be insured so they should take care of this for us. I’m going to email them again in the morning if I don’t hear back today. Yeah, USPS is beyond unhelpful. It’s so annoying and frustrating!

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham Hi, I sent Poshmark several messages today and have heard nothing back. Did you try submitting an issue with the order from your end indicating that the purchase is lost in transit? Poshmark did have a case number in their first email response it was 38066225.

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham I just got the following update from USPS so it looks like the package has been found and is in route. USPS 9405510202061010366269, Arrived at USPS Origin Facility 02/19/2020 8:21am ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL. Poshmark customer support still hasn’t responded to me.

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham No problem! I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this. It looks like the tracking has finally been updated in the app too. I’m really disappointed on how customer service is handling this. Last time they took care of this right away. Now I can’t even get a response.

ruthybickham @ursogm1 Poshmark has marked the coat as delivered, it’s not here. The tracking says it’s still in Illinois.....

bossbaby333 @ruthybickham Yes, I got a note a few minutes ago from customer support. They are considering the item lost and then they mark it as delivered to close it out. You should be getting a refund. If the coat gets delivered after that you basically get to keep it. I’d watch your card for a credit in the next 3-5 days.
