figmarigoldchic @alfuller933 do you know which seller you bought from? If so- You go under “My Purchases” and then to the item you bought. Then to Poshmark Support to report it has not been delivered. It is insured and they can track it and issue refunds. They should contact the seller as well.

figmarigoldchic @alfuller933 she is a Posh Ambassador and from what I see has a fabulous sales record and I would think she may be able to help escalate this with u to Posh Support.

figmarigoldchic Have u gone into the Purchase section and then started a conversation with the seller to let her know? In that same place you can then hit the three little dots to bring in Posh Support to the conversation and let them know of the delivery issue. They usually resolve it in a day. It is all insured. And the seller can also help U in that same conversation
