A boutique is where poshers purchase wholesale items and sell them retail on this site, much like you see on other sites such as eBay and Amazon. I thought maybe I could wear it on the beach as a cute cover up instead of the usual meme dress. Not sure of the size for the black dress either. I’m either a small or medium

heidirayeg @scastino1 The kimono would make a pretty cover up, I like that when you put it on it’s a little longer in the back so you don’t look like a box wearing it. As far as the dress goes, it’s suppose to be a loose fitting casual dress, what size do you normally wear in tops?

heidirayeg @scastino1 I made the mistake of selling something for $5. The buyer paid 11.95 (5 plus shipping) and after the fees I got $1 for them...so that’s why my earrings are now sold in lots of 4-5 pairs instead of individually.

scastino1 @makwon hi there. I reserve 5 stars for sellers who really wow me. That typically entails going the extra mile including beautiful wrapping, and above average customer service interaction. Refer to the two listings on my page. She is a 5 star seller in my opinion. The sunnies were in bubble wrap, and you didn’t provide the original case which I was aware of. Some sellers even include free gifts which aren’t anything out of the ordinary just a little extra effort which I acknowledge.

woodwearitagain I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please keep in mind that I have no control over the fact that a one size fits all item “fits huge”. Measurements are listed in the description for a reason- so I feel it’s a little unfair to use that negatively in your rating when you had accurate information. I also don’t own any animals so I’m unsure where the “hair” is coming from. I try really hard to accurately list items so ratings like this are disappointing :/

poshpentecostal I received your 3 star feedback on the Burberry Tie and wanted to reach out. I aim to please. From what I can tell the Tie was in good shape, but you were disappointed with the size of the tie. If you’d like to return the tie for a refund you may. Please let me know. The Ties measurements were posted, so receiving 3 stars for the transaction is a bit saddening for me honestly. Please help me correct this is there is something I can do.

poshpentecostal @scastino1 I knew her to Poshe Clark, and more familiar with eBay and their policies, here is a link to the article I read on Poshmark returns. https://poshmark.com/posh_protect It seems like if you’ve excepted the item already, they don’t have a way of returning to their platform. I could be wrong. Definitely something to research more.

Let’s both look into this a bit more, and determine whether we are able to process the return through Poshmark, or whether we would need to go through more ordinary means. Worst case, you could mail the item back to me, and upon receipt, I could refund you through another platform.
