girlboss2121 Hello I’m sorry you feel the shoes are not new condition I bought them and never wore them they sat in my closet. I’m confused you state your keeping them but you opened a case to return them? Again my apologies

sagedobki @girlboss2121 Hi, I wasn’t sure how to contact you, so I opened a case and none of the reasons provided to choose from are revenant to this issue. The shoes definitely have a little wear on the bottom, so I wanted to point that out because the ad said they were never worn. If I had known that I might still have bought them but I wound not have paid $90 for them. I just think it was a little deceiving to sell them as if they were never worn.
