purse_strings17 @acidmca I can’t cancel it until 10/4. Poshmark gives her 7 days to ship it. Mine has also said pending shipment scan since Saturday. It’s crazy... I’ve messaged her several times as well. She apologized and said let me look into it. I’m worried that this whole thing isn’t legit, but she has 52 positive responses.

acidmca @purse_strings17 you should cancel yours. i talked to one of the people who bought from her. it never came and the seller did the same thing.. she had to cancel and complain to poshmark. until today she didn’t get her refund she said.... i’m going to complain to posh mark regarding this seller. terrible communication and i think she’s not selling authentic bags for her to keep reporting the same bag over and over again or it probably doesn’t exist

acidmca @purse_strings17 in the app or the page there’s a poshmark support center click that one and there there’s contact poshmark support.. send them an email message there about my inconvenience and how i want my refund done and ordrr canceled. i specified the seller name and i told them they know im not the only one complaining about this seller.. within 15 mins i get an email my order was canceled and got a refund

purse_strings17 @acidmca PM will not cancel my orders and refund my account. They sided with the shady seller. I am beyond disgusted and will be closing my account once I can cancel on Sunday. I will then blast PM on FB AND INSTA as I belong to several large Purse groups. I am beyond disgusted with the Customer service and protection from scammers that I received from PM. At this point, they are JUST as culpable as the dishonest seller is.

acidmca @purse_strings17 omg 😱 that’s terrible, i’m sorry to hear about your situation.... they should give buyers the right to cancel or get a refund for what they bought from a shady seller... i reach out to a couple of buyers she has scam into buying and never ship anything.... it’s the same situation all promises and pending shipment which takes forever... i would have not stop messaging every bag she posted if i didn’t get my refund.. smh

I believe she posts her pics on PM and once IT sells the ships fakes from China. Anyway, If my order isn’t updated by Sunday, it will be cancelled. Plus I m now questioning the validity of her bags.

acidmca @purse_strings17 i noticed some of the people making comments are fake accounts... i was able to reach out to 2-3 other buyers who had the same experience as us. they never got there bags and it was always pending shipment... i believe her bags probably came from china and not authentic ones. there’s no way she has that too much stock of tory burch bags and even willing to take $100+ offer for a $500 bag.

purse_strings17 @trifecta3 Good Evening. The seller never sent either bag I ordered. I cancelled the sale through Poshmark after waiting the 8 business days required. I believe the bags were not authentic. I believe they are being shipped from overseas and therefore are duplicates. I would try to cancel your order, but that’s just my opinion. It’s a lot of money to shell out for a bag that isn’t authentic, but being sold to you as if it is. Good luck.
