@bellebeauxtique Thank you. Having hard time with poshmark. I received wrong item (wrong size) from a seller because of the wrong description of the seller and Poshmark is making it really hard to return it. Seller agreed her mistake but still Poshmark doesnot help with starting the return process.

@sailendrab Oh no! I actually just had that happen, but I was the seller. It was a pair of my Mom’s sunglasses. She didn’t tell me the lenses were prescription, so I didn’t know. I felt awful. I didn’t contest it. She sent them back, as soon as they were delivered back to me, they refunded her $. Have you shipped them back?

@bellebeauxtique I have not as I am the buyer and I want to make sure seller gets all the money back from Poshmark so, that I can get refunded. I am still waiting to hear back from poshmark.

@sailendrab Poshmark holds the $ until all parties are satisfied, that’s one of it best features. They should have emailed the return shipping label to you. Just put it on the package and stick it in the mail, as soon as the buyer gets it back, in the same condition they sent it, you will be refunded.

It’s not like EBay, where the seller is payed, before they even ship the purchase. PM holds the $ until the buyer “accepts” the purchase, that releases the $ to the seller and they can have it deposited into their account.
