monnmarzz Hi could you tell me what is wrong with the boots?? I went above and beyond for you (I spent $4 of my own money to buy a box from usps so that the boots would come with their original box) as well as I shipped within an hour of you buying them. How was the order not as described?? I have a 5 star rating and nothing but great reviews so I am really shocked by this.

sallybeeler @monnmarzz You described the boots to me as "brand new" when I asked if they had scuffs or significant wear marks. You also told a previous interested party that they had never been worn. There are black scuff marks in various places on the boots & dirt in the heels. I feel that your description & responses to my questions were misleading. No hard feelings on my part...just disappointed that the boots were not in the brand new condition that I was lead to believe.

monnmarzz @sallybeeler they are new because they were purchased within the last two weeks and I had tried them on and they weren't for me so I decided to sell them. If you look in the listing photos there's no scuffs or dirt. You could have reflected your concerns in the rating.

sallybeeler @monnmarzz Then your photos are misleading. I asked specific questions & you responded. The boots I received are in no way brand new as you commented & they have multiple black scuff marks.
