@doyle9418 Did you have to request a new label? I'm in the same boat as you are. I got my package back (Return to Sender) yesterday. I have not kyet received an email from Poshmark regarding the a corrected address. Did you have to reach out to Poshmark first? Thanks in advance for your help.

@doyle9418 I just went into My Sales. Clicked on the specific item, then clicked Problems/Order Inquiry, then Contact Poshmark Support. I sent them a message regarding the package with a Return to Sender sticker on it. I included the order #, the info the Buyer messaged me & the updated address info she shared above. Just got an automated email from Posh saying they’re looking into this & will be in touch with me as soon as they can.

@kimby60911 Hi. Poshmark is not able to change your address. Nor are us Sellers. You will need to do that. All you have to do is: Click on your profile circle in the upper right hand corner, then click on Account Settings. On the left side, click on My Addresses. From there you can update your address. Let me know if you have questions. Please let us know once you've updated your address. Thank you!
