I apologize that you were unhappy with the ship time of the Muk Luk’s boots however I do want to explain myself as my goal is complete customer satisfaction. The boots were ordered Saturday Oct 12th after the post office was closed and the mail did not run Sunday or Monday this week due to Columbus Day. The boots were shipped on Tuesday morning first thing. Please accept my apology as I strive to ship all items within 1 business day. Please let me know if you have questions and have a great day!
