holleywood @pinmymack82 I’m glad that u have a camera inside the envelope and can see what happened along the way so you know why they are “smashed” as u put it . Your last picture the shoes are silver so idk about why those shoes don’t fit cause my shoes are gold. I know how much I my self payed for the shoes . I ve never dealt with some that wants me to fix something I have no control over I’m not the mail man and neither do I have anything to do with ur daughters foot size. U changed ur rating twice

pinmymack82 You should have put the shoes in another type of package because why would I lie about how they came? You didn't pay for a fragile package so they got smoshed on the backs of them. Look at the pictures on my page. I buy hundreds of dollars from posh mark I am not going to be passed about a $13 shoe. I was legitimately trying to look out for youOn Maybe a better way you could package it

pinmymack82 @holleywood I had one item that I gave 3 stars 2 instead of 5 because It was really strongly covered in Cologne so I Suggested that they dry clean or wash the items before sending just to help them out a little. A real business person is able to take Constructive criticism.
