Hi, I’m wondering why I got only 4 stars from you. The shoes were new in box with clear pictures, and accurate description. Shipped within Poshmark’s time frame, and delivered before Friday, as requested. I’m just wondering why you pointed all the criteria to not giving 5 stars. One thing that I have no control over is what happens to the package during shipping.
I strive to give my Poshers the best buying experience, and am asking so that I know where to improve in future. 🥰

The reason I give a 4 star is "COMMUNICATION" I sent two messages and I did receive your message it was shipped but that was after I send the second message.
Over all the shoes is amazing. I've just been left hanging on a few purchases in ppl not shipping out in time, lack of communication and a couple I requested a refund because they never shipped it out.

I don’t see in our communication that I didn’t respond. When you asked about shipping I replied. I was also on a 10 hour flight from PNW to Florida, and responded as soon as I was able to use my phone.
