Sorry, but I did not see a snag in the right wrist cuff. However, you did get a really really really nice jacket for barley anything. A jacket that retails at 198. I appreciate the purchase, but 3 stars for something you paid Harley anything for, is just unexplainable.. as always, thanks for the purchase and hope you have a great day!
