kapshot Hello I sold you the green converse and I apologize for the sending the wrong size.. have you opened up a claim? You will need to open a claim to get the refund. Also, for my mistake I can sell you another pair any pair for the same price and I will give you a free tote.

kapshot @sammybrainard I’m sorry I don’t have that size in that color... if you want you can put them on posh for sale and I will buy them back otherwise you will need to open a case so that posh can send you a return label and refund.. again I’m sorry 😐
