snharris16 @veeo2 hey i don’t know what happened the package never made it to my house. I think it may have been that my account didn’t update my apartment number quickly enough.

veeo2 @snharris16 oh I see. So that is what happened. I’ve been checking the tracking number and looks like it hasn’t arrived yet. After it said it was insufficient address I thought they were going to send it back to me but they didn’t. Do you have a tracking number as well?

snharris16 @veeo2 I’m not sure, I have the order number and the tracking history said that it’s a the usps as of the 11th. Like it’s been there for 10 days or something.

veeo2 @snharris16 I see. It looks Iike you are not getting the full tracking history. This is the USPS tracking number: 9405511202061897552325 If you type that number online on the USPS website it’ll let you see all of the tracking history. It says it’s in transit to the destination, but let me know if it appears like it’s heading in the right direction or not.

veeo2 @snharris16 hello again. I checked the tracking history again today and it’s in Sacramento so I think it might be headed back to me. I don’t know what’s going on and you’ve already been waiting forever. So I can go ahead and cancel it and refund you if you’d like.

veeo2 @snharris16 Thank you for being so patient. I contacted Poshmark support so they can see what’s going on. They said to wait until October 2nd, and if nothing is resolved to contact them again. Hopefully this gets resolved soon!
