mammabug33 Hello, just wanted let you know I’m waiting to hear back from the post office but if tracking doesn’t go in soon unfortunately I may have to cancel your order. I’m not sure what happened but I dropped it off at the post office with four other orders on Friday evening and not only did those all scan in but people already received them and still no update on your package. I’m trying to figure out what happened. Hopefully the post office can locate it. I’m so sorry!

j_beane hey there. I'm reaching out to you concerning the show me your mumu dress that you purchased from me. first off, I am so sorry for the delay in communication. I am a healthcare worker and have had different hours and days lately so I've been shipping once a week. secondly and more importantly, while preparing your package I found a black mark on the right shoulder of the dress.

j_beane I worked on removing the mark and have it to a very faint spot however I have now found a mark of a different kind on the back. I'm certain both of these have come from my handling as they were not there when I listed the dress. at this point the mark on the shoulder is so light it will be hard to show in pics. the one on the back is also very faint but I am gonna give it another wash.

j_beane there are a couple of things we can do. one, I can cancel the order with my deepest apologies. two, I can cancel and relist selling it to you for half price. I would of course upload pictures of the spots if purchasing at half price is something you are interested in. no matter your decision I am so very sorry and regret this so much. I do however I think both spots can be made hardly noticable. lmk what you'd like to do.
