kkimberly21 Hi just keeping you posted.... your item has been at the post office since yesterday afternoon however they have a state of emergency here in Michigan due to the weather in the negatives so there has been no mail delivery so I’m hoping it will start tracking either later today or tomorrow but it is there

believeitposh @sandifortune - Wow- this is taking very long for it to be delivered. I’m having trouble understanding why it shows updates and then the updates are changed or taken off. I’m showing it has been in Rochester NY fir quite a few days. You seem to be very patient and I commend you fir that. But I feel this is getting to be unacceptable for you to have to wait so long. believeitposh @sandifortune -my notifications say it was in Northwest Rochester Jan 8 & 9, then in Rochester on the 9th, then it says in transit Jan 13. But it said that the other day and then the Jan 13 was not showing, last night it was showing again. ??

sandifortune @believeitposh - You can see more than I can. Im not sure at what point you can open a case with USPS . I think at this point not enough time has passed and we will just have to wait and hope it makes it out of Rochester!

believeitposh @sandifortune - I’m going to contact Poshmark to see what they feel should or can be done. I just have a difficult time understanding why it says it’s in transit in Jan 13 arriving late but no update since then but then the other day it didn’t have that listed it like disappeared. But then it showed again in transit and it hasn’t shown any other updates again.

believeitposh @sandifortune ~ I contacted Poshmark and they gave me the same update info I see on the shipping status when I go into your order. They also said that they ask us to give it til Jan 23 which is 10 days from the latest update which was (Jan 13th in transit arriving late). I will surely keep you posted if I see or hear of any other updates. Thank you for your understanding. Have a great day.

believeitposh @sandifortune ~ great! I signed up for text message alerts and info tracking the package. And I just got notification at 12:44 pm today that package arrived at hub 1/18 @ 11:36 Corning, NY And then another right after that saying-Expected delivery by Tues 1/19 between 11:45am- 3:45pm So hopefully you’ll have it tomorrow 🙏🏻

believeitposh @sandifortune ~ thank you for your updatel-curious to know how you got that info. I checked the order this morning in Poshmark and all the notifications that had said arrived in Rochester were gone Vit only said package left Lenhartsville. I was like 😳 what is going on. So I was glad to see your message to me and then super elated for the text update I got from USPS saying it arrived in Corning and will be delivered tomorrow.

believeitposh @sandifortune ~ I’m so thankful I have a customer so understanding and patient like you are. I hope you never have to wait this long again. I think of myself as pretty understanding and patient but I in all honesty was getting upset for the length of time. Even with all that’s been happening. I guess God’s still working on me. 😊
