jenwah1 Hi Sandi, I didn't realize the shoes were that bad, they have been in storage for a while. If you don't feel you can wear them, why release the money? I have no problem refunding your money. But to release the money then leave bad feedback doesn't even give me a chance to make things right! I don't know how to cancel the order...I have sent an email to Posh to ask how.

3ltlmen @jenwah1 I apologize, I thought that I was required to explain why the sandals were defective in order to receive a refund. I will check into how I can remove the negative review. I am sorry that this happened, because I truly appreciate your honesty and your offer of a refund to make it right.
