Hi Gerri469- I just read the review you wrote on the Kylie lipgloss in Smile. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as you clearly are, I am happy to refund your $14. The lipgloss is exactly as described. Opened but never used-as you can clearly see in the photo's posted. You can also the "smudged off bottom" as you described. If you would like a refund please contact Poshmark and you can pursue it that way, rather than write a review that is clearly untrue, based on the photo's

@kmpolt I don't want a refund. I just want this to be over. I changed the review because I know this is your business. However, I stand by what I said. I've never purchased a product with at least 1/4 of it gone. If you give me an address or PO Box # I will send it back to you. You can do whatever you want to do with it. I never used it.
