luz_sandra @yyc_closet the way the product was wrapped the bottle slipped through and fell and the top broke unfortunately.

yyc_closet @luz_sandra what? it was in bubble wrap sleeve, then wrapped in tissue and also had an elastic around it to keep it together as well. It was also sent to you in a bubble envelope so very secure and safe.

yyc_closet I take pictures of all my orders so it was wrapped properly and secured. If there is an issue you can easily notify PM and get can look into it. I would be happy to submit all my photos for your order to them since I packed it very well. Extra packaging and care. I take pride in everything I pack up and sell and it was in perfect order. luz_sandra @yyc_closet the first layer of bubble wrap didn't have a bottom on it so it slipped through. I gave you 4 stars which I think is pretty good considering. I suggest you put a bottom on the bubble wrap next time so the same thing doesn't happen.
