kculery The item is brand new! I would never knowingly sell a brand new rotten item in packaging w tags. This is directly from the vendor. If u receive an item you are unhappy w please contact support for a refund before accepting. They will require photographs of the item before refunding to verify & can send a return label. It’s not fair to send a bad rating like to a seller w a 5 star rating & over 500 sales. Your rating affects my business. I want my customers to be completely satisfied. Thanks.
