vivibeau Hi Sandra! I just saw your comment on the jacket, I honestly didn’t see scrapes on the jacket otherwise, I definitely would have noted it in the listing captured it in a pic. I want my customers to be happy with their items. What would make you happy?

sandramendoz648 @vivibeau Hi Vivibeau , I just feel like I made my first purchase and it didn’t turn out as I expected I’m new to Poshmark. I’m very picky when it comes to clothes if there’s a tear or stain I won’t wear. Don’t know if I can return item or how can you help me make it right. Don’t know all the rules yet here

vivibeau @sandramendoz648 ok, no worries, we’ll figure it out. So because you’ve accepted the offer you can’t return the jacket anymore. Had you not accepted the order and said the item was not as described then you could have returned it. I, like you will not wear anything faded, stained or with holes, so I totally understand what you’re saying.

sandramendoz648 @vivibeau it’s only noticeable in the light open it in my kitchen and seen all the blemishes in the leather jacket. The leather jacket it’s beautiful I like it but it sucks it has few blemishes on it that I wasn’t expecting to see because it said excellent condition.

vivibeau @sandramendoz648 i do want to caution you that when you’re buying preowned items. They aren’t going to be perfect and leather ages, fades and gets little scratches and some people actually like that because it adds character to the peace. Regardless, at this point the only thing I can think we can do is you look thru my closet and find something you like

vivibeau List the jacket in your closet and we trade the items. That way you can have something that you’re happy with and I can resell the jacket.
