closetshopper01 @roseofthewharf hi there. I just tracked the shoes... not sure why updates are taking so long. I sent them a day before it even showed up on here. It looks like on usps site they are in Montana. 👍 ty!

closetshopper01 @roseofthewharf hmmm that's kind of weird to me. the address it was sent to was the address you put on your information when you bought them. so it had to of been delivered to that address. I can't see the info once it's been delivered. It just shows me that it has been delivered. Maybe contact your postal carrier and ask them where they dropped it off.

roseofthewharf If I knew the postal carrier (usps, ups, FedEx), I could indeed do that. Thanks for letting me know the tracking number and carrier. I live in a rural area and our usps delivers to a mailbox hub several miles away, while ups delivers to the house. The shipping info is critical.

roseofthewharf It's also unsettling not to receive shipping info for my purchase. Very unusual if not unheard of for online commerce.

closetshopper01 @roseofthewharf I'm not withholding the tracking information from you. I kindly stated that I can't see it now that it's been delivered. It's usually usps that they use.

roseofthewharf I appreciate your responsiveness, but I'm very disappointed in the lack of information accessible to me during this transaction. I only received the tracking number after reporting that the item was not delivered. I received an automated message to contact support if the item doesn't show up within 3 days.
