H, I see you bought my bag. I hope you enjoy it. just wanted to share that right before you bought the bag I had contacted the company and they said they would replace the chain free of charge. they wanted me to send the bag in or send a detail photo so they wold send the correct color.

as you saw on the photos the bag had some torn leather on the strap. some people like the contrast I preferred it all blue.

Hello! I will be shipping the Nancy Gonzalez bag out today. I'm sorry for the delay but I needed to get a large box to ship it in to protect it. I see that the address on the label says Poshmark Facility, should it have your name on it as well?
