The ring looks great there is only one tiny ruby missing. It’s a great deal it is hardly noticeable and would take very little to replace . It’s tiny

@sannaz3 it’s one little stone and it was pictured in the pictures. I can’t I mailed it last night in the drop box I am so sorry. you will love it. If you want to contest the sale Poshmark can do it but it was clearly pictured and it’s not really visible. I have sold on Poshmark for years and I did nothing I did nothing wrong.

I am not accusing you of doing anything wrong. I simply wanted to cancel my order. You knew there was an issue when I reached out to you in the morning aboiut the ring. When I looked, you had not shipped it yet. You stated you shipped it last night even knowing there was an issue. In the pictures, it is not clearly shown that the stone is missing. I could hardly see it unless I zoomed it specifically on it. I have been collecting jewelry for years I know that having a jeweler find the right

Size stone, then purchase it, then pay him for his labor is not cheap. This item was to be a gift. I do not want to have to fix it nor do I have the time. should know what you are selling and clearly state its flaws or a forum like this will not work. People will be hesitant to by from Poshmark for mainly these reasons. I really find it hard to understand why you would mail it out when I reached out to you before you did. This problem would of been resolved differently.

@sannaz3 you can’t cancel after you buy things as an offer that is the rule of Poshmark.I don’t make rules but I follow the rules of a website. Why would I sell a huge ruby 14 carat gold ring if it was perfect. Please have some posh love and follow the rules as clearly stated. I did what I had to and the stone missing is so small you can barely see it but it is clearly represented in my pictures. I apologize you are not happy but I just follow rules I don’t make them.

Your pics did not clearly show the defect nor was it stated in the description. I feel you are being deceptive with me with your answers. First you say you didn't know, then you say "Why would I sell a huge ruby 14 carat gold ring if it was perfect." That's dishonest.

I also add gifts as I do for all my purchasers . If you feel I should refund you some if you decide to fix I would be happy to compromise. Please just wait and see until you see the ring. @calime72 I received the ring today and took it to the jeweler. It costs $35 dollars to repair it, which is the cost of a stone and labor. I am willing to split the difference with you so as we can both compromise. Please let me know what you decide. Thank you
