tbogmom I am so sorry I wasn't watching my sales on Poshmark and just saw this notice that you purchased the New Balance tennis shoes. I have been helping my elderly parents through 2 weeks of covid. Thankfully they have made it through and I never contracted it myself. If you want to cancel the order, I totally understand. I have another pair of older New Balance that I could throw in the package as a spare.

1littlehippie @saraeunderwood OMG I'm not sure why this happened. Were you refunded for the purchase? I sent a message to customer service. I have not heard back yet. I can re-list the listing & you can purchase again. I will need to get a new shipping label once from Posh once you purchase them again. I feel so terribly about this problem & the inconvenience it has been.
