@smbiljanic I am so sorry to hear that the zipper broke on your backpack. if poshmark will let you open a case I would be happy to refund you. Again, i am so sorry. I hope poshmark can help us resolve this.

@coolcolleen1111 Hi!! I know. I’m so bummed about it. I have never had to return anything on this app, so I don’t even know what my options are. I sent an email (I think lol) to the Poshmark team. I feel SO bad changing the review, so I’m actually so glad you sent this message 😅 What do I do? Because we love the backpack. It’s just the damn zipper lol

@smbiljanic I would wait for a response from them. When they do respond, maybe let them know I am completely willing to have them issue a refund to you from me. I haven't had any cases opened for items I've sold, but I have opened a case on an item I've purchased. It was before the 3 day acceptance period ended so I am not sure how they handle cases after that time period ends. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.

I felt awful after I changed my rating 😭 As soon as I remembered to go back in and change it (because you’ve been so sweet about it all and were 1,000% willing to help), it was too late because they had already cancelled the order. I don’t even know what al of this means or how to even navigate Poshmark, but thank you so much for being so kind about it all 💕
